We've put together some rules to keep things awesome for everyone involved. Check them out below before accepting to become our brand ambassador!
Eligibility
To become an ambassador of GRANNYSAYS, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
- Be in good standing with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
- Own social media accounts
Engagement
As a brand ambassador of us, you agree to:
a) Create, post, and share content that promotes our products and services.
Basically, you will be required to create at least one permanent post on your feed within 7 work days of receiving our free products. The post should contain at least three high-resolution images or one video.
b) Promote your unique promo code to increase sales when required.
Promotion & Compensation
As a brand ambassador:
You'll get a special discount code on GRANNYSAYS to share.
Share that promo code with your audience, and we'll pay you 10% of every sale made through your code. This percentage could change, but we'll give you a heads up.
The commissions will be paid monthly, and you're responsible for any tax obligations.
No Payment of Commissions. You will not be eligible to receive a Commission for, and we will not pay a Commission when:
a) Such Commission results from a manipulative, false, or erroneous Click, including, but not limited to, any Click obtained by a fraudulent or deceptive program, device, or scheme, artificial mechanism, or the use of Brand Ambassador's employees to generate a false Click, which leads to a purchase.
b) Such Commission results from an existing order.
c) Such Commission results accidentally from a duplicate sale.
d) Such Commission results from an order from the Brand Ambassador.
e) The sale underlying such Commission results in a return, cancellation, or refund, or when payment is not received by the Company.
Restrictions
As a brand ambassador you agree not to:
Make any guarantees, representations, or warranties on behalf of GRANNYSAYS, other than the ones provided in the marketing material.
Spam or promote GRANNYSAYS in a way that violates any laws or regulations.
Promote GRANNYSAYS in any explicit, violent, political, discriminatory, unlawful, threatening, illegal, or otherwise objectional content.
Engage in any fraudulent activity that would artificially affect any social media metrics such as, but not limited to, likes, follows, shares, and views.
Create multiple ambassador accounts or use more than one promo code.
Misrepresent or modify the price of GRANNYSAYS’ services.
GRANNYSAYS reserves the right to request the removal or modification of any Ambassador content in its sole discretion.
Disclosure
DO’s and DON’Ts when posting:
DO:
Properly disclose the material connection between the Ambassador and GRANNYSAYS (example: add #giftedby GRANNYSAYS, #ad, #sponsoredby GRANNYSAYS, #gifted or #sponsored when applicable).
DON'T:
Don’t use words or phrases that may lead your readers to believe the GRANNYSAYS items were purchased (for example: do not use “I just purchased these items”).
Don’t conceal the material disclosures required by the FTC on your post, blog, or on other online platforms (such disclosures, such as hashtags, must be in close proximity to the product or service being advertised).
Intellectual Property Rights
The ambassador grants GRANNYSAYS a worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable, non-exclusive license to use the content the ambassador creates to promote GRANNYSAYS’ services, in any manner, in whole or in part, in perpetuity.
This includes but is not limited to, social media, advertising, publications, marketing material, business use, or any other form of media.
If the ambassador’s pictures or videos are selected for a feature, GRANNYSAYS may edit the photo/video to match the brand aesthetic.
The Company’s content:
GRANNYSAYS grants the ambassador a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use GRANNYSAYS‘ name, logo, slogans, promo codes, likeness, and other advertising material solely for the purpose of this ambassador agreement. The Company retains all rights to their content.
Termination
The Company may terminate the relationship with the ambassador at any time.
The ambassador may terminate the relationship with the Company with written notice of 30 days.
Liability Limitations
You expressly agree and understand that GRANNYSAYS shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential or any other damages including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the ambassador program.
