Granny wants your full satisfaction. We understand that sometimes things just don't click. No worries, our return policy has got you covered.

For any order, you can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a free return. For returns initiated after 30 days from receipt, please kindly cover the shipping costs to return your items.

To elaborate further on expectations:
Please ensure all items sent back are unused upon return in the exact same condition as when delivered initially, with original tags and packaging intact. This helps us process returns smoothly and issue refunds or exchanges without delay.

Items that can't be returned:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use
  • Items damaged or with parts missing for reasons unrelated to our error
  • Items that received more than 30 days since delivery
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Clearance items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Tips
  • Shipping fees for orders under $40

What is needed for a return?

  1. PROOF OF PURCHASE: Please kindly provide the receipt, order number, or any other form of purchase confirmation to assist Granny in promptly handling the return.
  2. ORIGINAL CONDITION & PACKAGING: For accepted returns, items must remain fully unused and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact, as initially received in your delivery.
  3. ADVANCE COMMUNICATION: Prior to shipping items back, do notify the Granny Says team first so we may graciously approve and smoothly facilitate your return or exchange. This would be most appreciated!

How do I start a return?

  1. CONTACT US FIRST: Please mail cs@granny-says.com or message us through granny-says.com with your order details, reason for your return, and, if applicable, include some photos, especially for damaged or defective products. This helps us best assist.
  2. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND: Once your return is approved, our customer service team will walk you through the next steps and get your refund initiated.
  3. RECEIVE YOUR REFUND: We'll send you a confirmation email upon receiving and inspecting returns. For approved cases, refunds will be smoothly processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

No refund received after returning the items?

  1. DOUBLE CHECK ACCOUNT: The refund might have arrived. Check before proceeding to other steps.
  2. CALL THE BANK: If no credit after confirming with your bank, give a ring to that credit card company or financial institution directly. They may have helpful insights on expected refund time frames.
  3. LET US KNOW: If it has been over 7 business days with your bank and credit card company both confirming no refund received, do email us at cs@granny-says.comimmediately, so we can dig into what could be delaying your refund. We'll get this fixed up at all speeds.

Received a damaged or defective item?

A happy customer means a happy heart! If your item arrives with any issues, Granny's got you covered. Just reach out to us at cs@granny-says.com, share your order number, and include some photos of the affected products. Our customer service team will swiftly find a solution that works for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Can I get a replacement for the items I purchased?

We gladly offer replacements for all items that are defective or damaged due to errors on our part. If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at cs@granny-says.com.

Please note that the delivery time for your exchanged item may vary based on your location. We appreciate your understanding.

My item was a gift. How can I return it?

  1. GIFTS WE SHIPPED YOU: If the item was marked as a gift and arrived directly from GRANNY SAYS tagged with your name, simply return it per usual and we'll issue a gift credit matching the item value. Once our team inspects the return, we'll mail you a gift certificate for purchase in our store.
  2. GIFTS FROM FRIENDS: If an item was gifted by a sweet friend and not marked directly as a gift shipment from us, kindly have the original purchaser initiate the return first by emailing cs@granny-says.com. We need to verify their order details before handling returns to properly process refunds, exchanges, or replacements.
