Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We totally get it! We change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is on its way, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the 48 mainland states of the United States. Unfortunately, we're unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally at this time.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order is placed, we're unable to guarantee changes to the shipping address will go through. If we're able to cancel the original order, you can place a new order with the correct address. Otherwise, your best option is to contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We're thrilled you're ready to get organized with GRANNY SAYS! After placing your order, you can expect delivery within 3-6 business days with our standard shipping option.

Why did my item arrive through Amazon?

You may notice your GRANNY SAYS order arriving via Amazon's delivery service - and that's totally normal! To provide faster, more affordable shipping, we partner with Amazon's fulfillment centers across the US. Your items could be shipped directly from one of their warehouses. It's just our way of passing on time and cost savings to you.

Are your rugs free of toxic materials?

Absolutely! Our mats and rugs are made with materials that are safer for your family and the planet. They've been certified by OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 to ensure they meet strict standards for non-toxic composition.

Do you offer replacement parts for your products?

Unfortunately, our products are only available as complete sets - we don't offer individual replacement parts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The dimensions of my wicker baskets seem off. What's going on?

Since most of our wicker baskets are hand-woven by skilled artisans, some minor variation in dimensions of ¼ to ½ inch is totally normal. Each one is a unique, handmade piece - manual measuring and the artisanal process means they won't be 100% uniform. It's all part of their charm!

Returns & Refunds

Why do you need me to provide photos?

Photos help our team fully understand any issues you're experiencing with a product. They allow us to quickly identify the problem, escalate it to our quality control team, and improve for the future. Sending pics also helps speed up the refund process if needed. The more details, the better so we can make things right!

I received defective/wrong/damaged product(s). What should I do?

No sweat if something shows up not quite right! Just loop us in here or shoot an email to cs@granny-says.com. Our friendly customer support squad is standing by to straighten things out for you. We'll make it right!

How do I return a product?

It's super easy to return something - just reach out to our customer happiness team! If it's been 30 days or less since your order arrived, returns are completely free. If it's been longer than 30 days, we'll let you know about any applicable fees.

Either way, our team is happy to walk you through the simple return process and issue a refund. We've got your back if something didn't work out as expected!

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We'll get your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If it's been more than 7 days and your bank or credit card company hasn't confirmed receiving the refund, please reach out to our customer service team at cs@granny-says.com right away. We'll look into any delays and get it resolved as quickly as possible.
